1. We Review & File (24-48 Hours) We are reviewing your details now. If everything is clear, we will file your Certificate of Formation with the State of Delaware immediately.

2. The EIN Process (Important for Israeli Founders) Once the company is formed, we will apply for your Tax ID (EIN). We will send you SS-4 Form for eSignature soon. Please fill it out and sign ASAP.

• Note: Since we must file this manually via fax (due to lack of US SSN), this process typically takes 10–15 business days.
• Please be patient; we handle all the follow-ups with the IRS for you.

3. Your Welcome Packet You will receive an email from us shortly containing:

• Your official Certificate of Formation.
• Your EIN Confirmation Letter (once assigned).
• Next steps for opening your US Bank Account.
