- The referred company must be a U.S.-based operation and a venture-backed startup
- Referrals must be submitted prior to engagement or signed agreement
- Referral payouts are 10% of the monthly retainer, paid monthly back-to-back
- Each referral has a lifetime cap of $25,000 in commission
- Commissions are processed monthly and accompanied by a detailed payout report
